Before you send your camera for repair please make sure your camera is well packaged for example, bubble wrapped and then packaged in a robust cardboard box.
We recommend sending the camera via a secure and traceable means of transportation. We suggest Royal Mail Special Delivery.
You only need to send the camera, no accessories are required unless they are related to the fault. You can remove the battery and SD card. This also reduces postal charges.
When packaging your camera please could you put a note in the box with the camera with your name, return address, contact email address and your telephone number.
If paying by PayPal, credit/debit card or bank transfer we will invoice you the amount when the repair is complete.
If paying by cheque please could you make this payable to Michael Carroll and send this with your camera.
We don't charge for assessment. If you send your camera to us and do not wish to proceed with the repair then you only have to pay the cost of return postage back to you.
