Focus no longer functioning in auto focus or manual focus mode on Panasonic Lumix G Telephoto Zoom 35-100mm F/2.8 H-HS35100.

Images appear very soft and fuzzy and completely out of focus.

The lens will probably focus at 35mm but when rotated will fail to focus.
