After arranging a repair with us, please send your camera to us at the address below.
Before you send your camera for repair please make sure your camera is well packaged for example, bubble wrapped and then packaged in a robust cardboard box.  
We recommend sending the camera via a secure and traceable means of transportation. We suggest Royal Mail Special Delivery. You only need to send the camera, no accessories are required unless they are related to the fault. This also reduces postal charges.
When packaging your camera please could you put a note in the box with the camera with your name, return address and a contact email address.
If paying by PayPal or credit/debit card we will invoice you the amount when the repair is complete. If paying by cheque please could you make this payable to Michael Carroll and send this with your camera.


"Please Note" Completed repairs must be paid in full before they are dispatched. 


If you have not received a response to your repair quote within 24 hours. Please check your inbox is not full (and therefore rejecting our message). Please also check your ‘Spam’ folder or ‘Junk email’ folder to make sure that our message has not been filtered out. You can also contact us by phone if you are concerned you have missed our response.

We warranty our repairs for 3 months from the return date. The warranty covers all labour and parts for the specific problem repaired. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratching, abrasions or physical damage, the ingress of water, sand, dust etc. into the camera.
